A Traineeship can prepare young people for their future careers, helping them get ready for the world of work and improving their chances of getting an Apprenticeship or other job. The programme will give them the experience of the working world, so the move to employment is not as daunting and they will receive support with English and maths through engaging and interesting activities related to the workplace. They will also develop their employability skills and work towards a Level 1 Award in Employability Skills; this qualification has been developed in partnership with Reed Employment Agency to help young people prepare for the world of work.
- 16-24 year olds
