Keeping well while working from home
MHFA have produced a guide to supporting your mental health while working from home -it gives good advice and guidance on organising your day to ensure a good balance.
MIND have produced some useful resources to support all at this time, especially if
- you're feeling anxious or worried about coronavirus
- you're staying at home and avoiding public places, following Government advice that we should stay at home as much as possible
- you are self-isolating because you, or someone you live with, has symptoms of coronavirus. Self-isolating means that you stay home and keep away from other people.
Hampshire County Council has gathered together a number of resources which you might find useful to help support your mental wellbeing during these unprecedented times, helping us continue to deliver crucial frontline services to our residents
