Ofsted inspect and regulate to achieve excellence in the care of children and young people, and in education and skills for learners of all ages.

 

NCFE

NCFE is a national awarding body, recognised in the field of education as a highly professional and responsive organisation. Hampshire County Council’s Adult and Family Learning service has been awarded NCFE’s Investing in Quality Licence, which enables the service to give formal recognition to locally-developed programmes of learning.


Extended Schools Programme

The Department of Education's extended schools programme aims to improve levels of educational achievement for disadvantaged children and young people by providing the additional support that they might need to help them reach their full potential.
